- Mood Swings
- Vaginal Dryness
- Fatigue
- Memory Problems
- Insomnia

How are hormonal imbalances treated?
Figuring out the cause is the first step to preventing further hormone imbalance. To bring hormone levels back into balance, nutritional therapy, herbal medicine, acupuncture, detoxification protocols and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) are some methods used at our clinic.
What is Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT)
BHRT is not the same as conventional hormone replacement therapy also known as HRT.
Bioidentical hormones are prescribed hormones that are identical in molecular structure to the hormones the body produces. This important fact minimizes side effects that can occur with other conventional hormone replacements that do not mimic the body’s own hormones as demonstrated in the Women’s Health Initiative (WHI) study.
Bioidentical hormones can be compounded (customized by dosage and form) at specific dosages into capsules, creams or gels depending on your needs and specific condition.
